Bagel Factory

Stopped in for a light lunch as we were shopping in the outlets. The staff were very helpful and advised us of all options available. She also talked me through the app and mentioned we can get a discount, so we went to sign up for that and came back to get the 10% off. We opted for a chicken club and a salt beef bagel, both of which were lovely. The cheese in the chicken club had been heated far too hot, and had burnt slightly and gone hard and crunchy, which was a shame. Otherwise, everything was nice and we would return.

Stopped off for a light brunch 4 of us. When waiting to be served 10.55ish on 21/10/2025 the 2 ladies behind the counter ignored 2 of us that were waiting to be served and served a man that just arrived, no apology or acknowledgment that we had been waiting. We waited 5 mins before one of the ladies looked up at us and told us 2 wait a few moment. As we waited they were both pretending to do something and giggling between themselves. We decided to walk out and not eat there as we felt distracted and unwanted there. We would have been uncomfortable eating there. We will never go to this shop or another Bagal Factory again. We will also be encouraging others to not visit here also sharing our experience.

Bethan who served us was delightful! A busy day in December at the designer outlet but she was so polite and friendly and took the time to tell everyone about the app and check orders despite the queue. Genuinely lovely!

Called in today for my lunch. Halloumi melt. Got my order, sat down. Took a bite, turns out it was tuna melt. I’m a vegetarian. Went back to the girl that served me. “Can’t offer a refund” She apologised, but it’s not good enough Head office said “human error” Appalling customer service. Will NEVER go there ago

We are on holiday in the area, came hear for breakfast bagel this morning. Both of ours were fantastic, and lady who served us was lovely. Will definitely return 😋😋😁
