The Cornish Bakery

I had the pleasure of visiting the bakery on the day it reopened. It was brilliant! Super friendly and knowledgeable team, comfy seating and best of all amazing food! We shared a sausage roll and a scone between two of us which was more than enough to fill us up for the morning! Loved that they had samples on the counter too - always a good draw for me!

Lovely place to do a brunch. Coffee was really tasty and the sausage roll was really good also. The door had to be opened for a reason and that makes the place a bit cold inside but other than that it was a really nice stop.

We popped into The Cornish Bakery on our way back to our AirBnB after a long day exploring York and we thoroughly enjoyed the treats we bought! The mocha was tasty and not overly sweet, as was the strawberry lemonade, and the pistachio croissant, summer berry and lemon pastry, and pain aux raisin were fresh and delicious! The staff were friendly and service was speedy! We hope to return again before we head home later in the week! 🥐🤍

Popped in for a tea in the afternoon. We had the peppermint and green teas and they were both fantastic. Excellent vibes and very friendly and welcoming staff. We did not have pastries this time, but they did smell heavenly!

Excellent customer service and amazingly wonderdul pastries. I had the Pistachio Croissant and a flat white. But it was so hard choosing what to have because it all looked so good
