They helped me find the right cycle for me. They answered emails with good, clear information so I felt confident it was worth making the journey to see them and try the suggested model. They spent some time discussing my requirements, helping me understand options, and suggesting adjustments. I'm very happy with the cycle I now have, as it's quite unusual to fit my quite unusual requirements.

Hired two bikes for a half day trip. Incredible customer service, all staff members we saw were very helpful and friendly :) good advice on routes, even let us borrow a pannier when the locks didn't fit in my bag. Highly recommend!

Decided to have a short break in Harrogate and whilst there take our ICE Adventure and ICE sprint x tour recumbent trikes for a well earned service and some repairs. From arrival to collecting the trikes the whole experience was excellent. With them handling recumbent trikes every day we immediately felt confident that they knew what they were doing. We explained what extra work was required left the trikes with them. On collection when arranged, a couple of days later, all the work had been carried out and was fully explained. Now back home and having test ridden them, they now feel like brand new trikes... excellent. We cannot thank or recommend these guys highly enough. Thank you.
