Giant Store York

I recently bought my husband a new eMTB and found the whole experience of dealing with the team at Giant York fantastic. A special mention to Steve who provided great communication and service. The bike set up and hand over was particularly good ….. so much useful advice and guidance. Would definitely recommend this bike shop and looking forward to dealing with them for ongoing servicing.

Visited the store a few days ago with my husband to look at some bikes. Although we haven’t made a purchase yet, the experience really made me want to come back. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the staff member’s name, but he was absolutely great, friendly, polite, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. I really appreciated how he showed us other bike options on the computer and took the time to explain everything clearly. It was the perfect balance of attentiveness and professionalism. We’ll definitely be returning soon!

Very happy with the service I received. I had been looking for a new bike for a while to upgrade and they sorted me out with the best bike. Super happy with my new bike. Service I received was top notch. Very reliable and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend!!

Walked in just to have a look, a really friendly gentleman came upstairs to talk to us, offered advice, chatted bikes. Also really helpful with walking my wife through different bike options. Super proactive and friendly feel to the shop, i would definitely come back in to buy.

Collected my new Giant Tough Road SLR2 on Saturday and the team were very thorough and helpful at handover. Been out with the bike a couple of times since then and it has been superb. Even better to receive a call from the store today to see how I was getting on with the bike and if I had any issues etc. Great service, highly recommend.
