Liv Store York

Absolutely love my new Liv bike! I received great service at the York shop - there are several options and you need advice getting the right one for the type of riding you do. I’d been suffering from back and neck pains riding old (not Liv) bike, so moved to a smaller frame. They got it set up super quick in time for my holidays (!!) and Ive just done 400km on pretty rough French tracks. The Alight has been brilliant. If you are looking for a ladies bike, definitely go to the Liv shop first!!

Fantastic experience buying a bike from Liv York! Claire was really knowledgeable, helpful and just lovely to deal with. I wanted some changes made to the bike before I brought it home - they sourced the parts and were very accommodating in the workshop building the bike up exactly how I wanted it. I’m delighted with it and can’t wait to get some miles in! Thanks to Claire and the team at Liv York!!

What a team!!! THey have been absolutely fantastic through this whole process, even with me being unable to pop into store, distance was no issue! They made the purchase through the C"W scheme super easy, their comms were on point and super quick at replying and have really looked after me answering any queries and being patient while I was getting organised! The bike was delivered early on delivery day and the team checked in to keep me informed - I wish all shopping experiences were like this!!! Claire has been amazing helping me choose a new bike. Setting up my bike fit on two different bikes and then spending ages with lasers and tape measures to make sure I made the right decision. Took the langma out today and couldn't be happier. Thanks.

Claire at Liv was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish in helping me choose my new bike. I'd never bought a bike before for myself so realy had no idea where to start and she explained everything and gave me her recommendations without ever pressurising me into anything.
