Popped in to buy cigarettes as the cost at the motorway services was exorbitant however they were more expensive at what used to be WH Smith how can they justify £10 more than a local shop?

Great selection on different ranges of stock. Books toys etc. But unfortunately has become a very expensive store. There's a large selection of cards now. But whoever is doing the buying needs to get a better range in. All very samey. Only seemed to be 1 member of staff on.

Shocking service putting young staff on lottery till when they Carnt serve lottery or cigarettes bad management no wonder queues long every sale has to be authorised surely put an over. 18 on the till I get there is challenge 25 but makes no sense at all to put a minor on a lottery till Ps till will be up today also we were short changed !

Went to make a purchase and items scanning at higher prices than what is printed on the tag attached to the product. Second time this has happened. (First time was a book, they were selling for more than the RRP, which I understand they are entitled to do so.) But this product was their own branded product with the price displayed and attached to the product and the same price also on the shelf ticket.

Smith's is great, but it is expensive. This WHSmith's is very nice. It's large and carries a wide range of products. The shopping centre has a very large car park and you get free parking for the first four hours.
