My wife likes it. Some good designs but limited availability of popular sizes.
A big sign says 'Established in the Fields of Great Britain ' Everything I looked at was made in China. I will not buy anything made in China if it can be avoided. So bought nothing. We are in this mess because of China and their human rights questionable. We shouldn't be supporting China.
Great store for sale items, especially for kids. Quality of clothing is really good as expected justifying the additional price you pay.
Orderd somethings 3 weeks ago paid for not recived anything sent emails no replay phone told wait another 2 weeks a back log customer service don't exist this company just a laughing stock DONT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY when I do recive them will send back and close my account
Weirdly they have the same clothes in the outlet that are currently in the regular shops. So was put off buying anything as there were no savings. I've also bought 2 jumpers recently from Joules and washed them on a 30 wash as advised. They have shrunk and the neck line banding has bunched up that you can't wear the top anymore. Not impressed tbh since they cost a small fortune .
