Rang the store tonight, in hope to get a flower girl dress, the girl on the phone was so helpful checked the system it said they didn't have any. She then went to check the stock on the shop floor to find one for me. She put it behind the till for me so I could collect.
I love clothes from Monsoon but usually have to order them on line because there isn't an actual shop in Manchester. I was surprised to fine one in York. Its unfair!
Went in today. Asked the girl 2 questions (if they had sonething in another colour and if they had another shop in York. Just a reminder to this rude person: common courtesy costs nothing
The clothes are lovely sadly i recieved a faulty garment and as i bought online order no 92902049 had to return by post they recieved it back 2 weeks ago but still have not refunded and although i have emailed 3 times i have had no reply other than the standard we ars3dealing with your request email so i don't recommend their online store if you have to return anything
Customer Service second to none. Kind, friendly and Great understanding of your style and needs. Staff make you feel special and valued. Couldn’t ask for more.
