Next Outlet

We went this weekend and Susannah was on the till. Lovely and friendly but then we asked if there was a dress my daughter had liked in a different size. She went out of her way to check the store but then when there was not one she assisted us in ordering to a store near home. She was brilliant and a credit to next. Thank you Susannah for your help we were really grateful.

Staff at till was surely unhappy to be at work, which was quite clearly by the way dealt with customer. Upon asking something the guy on till made me feel very uncomfortable and his attitude was hostile. Absolutely ridiculous....

Went for the first time. Don't bother. Absolute rubbish. It's like being in a jumble sale. Not laid out well at all everything everywhere including on the floor no organisation. Walked in around and out again. I could understand if busy and staff didn't have time but it was empty and an absolute disgrace. Waste of time.

Christ on a bike! What a disappointment. Seen better organised jumble sales. Everything was everywhere and anywhere. Ranks below TK Maxx.

Jane went above and beyond to allow me to purchase part of a set, it was something I didn't need but then didn't want to leave without! She had a lovely nature. We had never visited the outlet before as Cheshire Oaks is our closest but it certainly made a great start to our break away
