Visited today, lovely selection of perfumes and gifts. I love penhaligons and was spoilt for choice. I got plenty for Christmas gifts and was helped by a lovely assistant called Sharon, she was so patient and helpful and wrapped everything up so beautifully. I would recommend a visit

Absolutely love Phehaligons in York Designer Outlet. Couture perfume that's unisex. Expensive but so worth it. Wide range of fragrances, each and everyone very unique. Staff very friendly and very helpful. Love it. Visited again in June for my birthday this year and purchased Luna. Just love these fragrances and the shop. I've just visited again today 28/2/25 and bought more Phenhaligon perfume, this time Duchess Rose, absolutely amazing. Love this shop, will never get tired of it.

Staff so helpful today!!! Unfortunately I didn’t find a fragrance today that I fell in love with, but the staff were very helpful anyway!!! Love this shop though and first time I’ve managed to get here to see it and smell it!!! You can smell halfeti before you see the shop!!!!!

I spoke to a lady at the store on the phone today and she was quick, knowledgeable and friendly. I dropped a star as when I last visitied the store however, none of the staff paid any attention or acknowledged that we visited and were interested to buy, so I decided to take my money elsewhere, however I am willing to give the store another try.

Ha d a great experience with my family in the store today. We had a very professional member of staff come up to us and inform us about new products. It was very pleasant.
