Polo Ralph Lauren Outlet Store York

Just received absolutely ridiculous customer service by Svitlana. She stood there ignoring us, chatting away with two other colleagues while we were clearly trying to get served. When she finally served us, she kept asking if we were sure about purchasing the item, implying that we could not afford it (when we can). We expected better considering that it’s Polo Ralph Lauren - it’s not Primark. This was probably because we didn’t fit their usual demographic. If we hadn't intended to buy a specific item, we would’ve left. After this experience, we will not be coming back. So rude.

Visited the store today to purchase a few bits for mt baby boy. The choice was really good and staff were beyond amazing! My new baby boy was absolutely screaming for a feed... The lovely lady at the till walked us to the changing room so I could feed him. Even the lovely lady at the changing rooms was so friendly and offered me water and didn't rush me at all! Had a really amazing experience as a shopper and a new mum

Never leave a review anywhere but this deserves one staff, variety, price all 5 star

Popped in here, just for a mooch really. Ended up with a new bag, and several bits of clothing for my other half and boys. Helped and served by a lady called carol, she was just lovely. Always a pleasure in this shop. Keep up the good work you all do, it doesn’t go unnoticed.

some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced in a store yesterday.Luckily two other members where much nicer then the initial encounter..Would have spent a lot more but couldn’t wait to get out ..Really need to look at customer service training.
