My girlfriend and I had a very negative experience at this shop. The service was inconsiderate, discriminatory, and condescending from the outset. We felt uncomfortable and the way we were treated was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend going there under any circumstances. Not even the products, which are of extremely poor quality, make the experience worthwhile.

Terrible experience. I was contacted by Laura to do a paid trial, but I never got paid. Very unprofessional and disappointing experience. I do not recommend working with them or trusting what they promise.

I was visiting York and called into the store, I could have stayed for hours trying stuff on. A couple of days later I took my friends, we all loved it.. The styles and prices were fab

“Utopia” York, not so much of a Utopia if you ask me. I stopped by looking for a gift for my mum, but what I found was a hot mess. Literally. The store was cluttered and disorganized, like a treasure hunt gone wrong. Only one side of the store seems to been organised colourfully whilst the other is chaotic. There was dust all over I found that some clothes were dirty or damaged. Not exactly the most pleasant shopping experience. But you know what the cherry on top was? Their lovely no-refund policy. Yeah, because who needs refunds, right? It's not like you might change your mind or realize the item doesn't fit. Nope, at Utopia, you're stuck with your purchase, no matter what. It's like they're saying, "Hey, customer, you're committed. No take-backs!" Needless to say, I left empty-handed and thoroughly unimpressed. If you're looking for a stress-free shopping experience, I'd say skip Utopia and try somewhere else. Trust me, your sanity (and your wallet) will thank you.

My bag came away in the stitching so the lady who managed the store let me exchange it for something sense. I bought one of the dresses that have a lovely shape from last summer, as these weren't coming back in stock. Don't love the listen as much as the shape. I do like this shop & anastasia visit when in York, but wouldn't mind some extra styles in all clothing.
