Went in store yesterday to buy some wellingtons ! Staff member upstairs was extremely informative, very friendly, let me try on multiple sizes. 10/10 service the gentleman was honestly brilliant.

Absolutely fantastic customer service in this shop! We wanted a gift for my sons girlfriend and the young lady that I spoke to was brilliant. She popped upstairs for me as I wasn’t able to navigate them and then laid out a selection of things on a chair for me to choose. She was so warm, caring and helpful it made me emotional. I’d definitely visit again and recommend to anyone.

Great online service! My husband bought me a pair of boots, which unfortunately didn’t fit. The staff went the extra mile with advice about the boots, real experts. I have now ordered a new pair and they are coming tomorrow. Fast, efficient and experts at the products they sell. Thank you!

First time visiting wild & Westbrooke today with my mum, we went with the intention of purchasing her first pair of Fairfax and favour boots, and came away with more than the boots, lovely couple looked after us, so chatty and appreciative of our custom, we tried on a good handful of shoes/boots the lady wasn’t at all pushy at all. Will defiantly return to wild & Westbrook. Thankyou both! All the best for 2023

Great service! Ordered wellies and they arrived so quickly. After discovering dpd had delivered them to the wrong address, Laura was amazing and got everything quickly sorted. Excellent customer service!
