Co-op Food - York - Clarence Street

I've had 2 orders in the past delivered from here with items missing, today I thought third time lucky since I wasn't feeling well to leave home. 3 items missing, 2 full meal deals paid in full, I get half of my order correct...... I won't be ordering from here again....... you need to train your staff better!

Rude staff. Asked a girl assistant where an item was, she finished chatting to her friend on those terrible earbuds and then rudly brushed me off with 'I don't know, they'll be over there if we have' and then got back on with her earbud conversation. Rubbish bin overflowing as you walk in. How not to run a business!

Ordered a top up shop on uber eats, needed breadrolls which got cancelled from my order twice. I rang up after that and said any bread will do I just need it for work lunches and the woman on the phone gave me options of all of the bread which I chose from. Did the bread turn up, no it didn’t. Useless

edge labels not accurate at all - always get to the checkout and price different to what is advertised. for a small shop this is quite an oversight. product quality fallen a lot - bought a bag of pears today and got home to find two of them had big gashes down the side and were rotted. not that impressed at all.

They couldn't do a meal deal delivery because they didn't have a water bottle via UberEats, even after I requested a replacement. They still charged me £5 for delivering a banana though.
