One Stop

Not fit to be an Evri drop off. There’s never the capacity to drop off unless you’re there first thing in the morning. The parcel drop off area is a mess and not well supervised. Staff are consistently unfriendly and blunt about the inability to take more parcels (unable to recommend another drop off option for you and unapologetic about it). When I’ve tried phoning ahead to ask about drop off availability my call is never answered. As a one-off occurrence fair enough, but this has become such a regular unreliable experience I’d rather make the longer walk to another drop off.

The shop part is fine but the parcel side is a horrible mess — this shop is not set up to function as an Evri / Yodel location. Almost every time I go in I leave frustrated — they either can’t take my parcel or I can’t pick up my parcel. There are often parcels piled up in the corner and all over the floor. When you’re trying to send/pickup stuff there’s only one person serving and you end up holding up all the people trying to buy stuff. It often feels like you’re putting the staff out by using the parcel service. I dread going in there every time. I’ve now changed my delivery and drop off point to another location (further away) and will avoid this place for parcel stuff forever. Shambles.

Probably the worst convenient store Ive ever experienced. Hours are not accurate. They are closed before 10pm on a regular basis. Extremely unreliable for Yodel shipping- they either refuse your parcel because their bag is “full”, or their system is “down” so they can’t let you pick up or drop off parcels. This happens on a regular basis.
