Browns York

Had a lovely meal at Browns in their restaurant this week. I had the beef pie, which was absolutely delicious it was rich and full of flavour with super buttery flaky pastry. It came with creamy mash, plenty of gravy and perfectly cooked veggies. The staff are always super friendly and welcoming which makes every visit a pleasure. It’s such a cosy spot and especially nice when it’s cold outside. I even managed to pick up something from the Chanel counter on the way out, so two birds with one stone. A real local gem!

I had the pleasure of meeting Helen for Chanel in Browns York, she was fantastic, very helpful, really friendly so professional and knowledgeable. My skin felt transformed as she demonstrated the products and I got lots of comments all day about how radiant my skin looked. Helen created a profile for me so that I could purchase the products in the future. I treated myself to the exfoliating product and a moisturising foundation and I will be returning for the other products thanks to Helen x I even received a follow up email. Thank you for a fantastic service, you made my day x

Such great service as always in Browns. Ashley in the shoe department is always lovely, helpful and professional and sells me too many shoes! They really are a lovely team in that department. 😊

A friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the Estee Laude afternoon tea , gin tasting and makeup demonstration held at Middletons Hotel in York last week. The venue was great, would thoroughly recommend the afternoon tea. Jason the makeup artist was excellent and took time to speak with those who had further questions. He was knowledgeable, helpful and took the time needed to help you find the right product for you. We have already been trying out some of his top tips and the results are excellent. The Estee Laude team were on hand to help with queries and purchases. The amount of colour choices available can sometimes be a little daunting but with their help we were able to find the products that were right for us. The gin tasting was fun and interesting, the handouts really helpful for cocktail ideas. Would certainly recommend a visit to the York Gin team if you're visiting York. A great afternoon, worth every penny and would recommend to anyone who loves their Estee Laude and who fancies an afternoon treat. Thanks to the team at Browns for organising this.
