Fenwick York

Couldn't find the store itself so have to put my review here. Sarah from the Chanel beauty counter gave me a great experience. Forgot to bring my lipstick with me so decided to try a new shade I never had before. She was very helpful finding a shade that fits me and taught me techniques of how to apply lipsticks. Great shopping experience.

Had the most perfect experience today getting a colour match at the Estée Lauder desk with the lovely Georgia. She was so kind and helpful and made the experience really easy and enjoyable as I have anxiety with stuff like this. Definitely will be going back again soon

Shop here regularly & by far the best in York (other similar stores could learn a lot from Fenwicks). The store is fresh & vibrant, staff very helpful & pleasant, restaurant is lovely & staff go above & beyond. Other facilities such as bathrooms are accessible to all & spotlessly clean.

I'm a foreigner, never been to York so unfamiliar with the place. It wasn't the best Weather so its not like I was wearing my best day clothes. I came inside looking a little lost because obviously the place is new to me and I have no clue what they have or where. Told someone I didn't know where tk find what I wanted, just to get ignored and get a snobby look pointed my way. Safe to say the customer service was an experience id rather not think about again. Sorry for not looking like a well off person, honestly pissed me off so much ill just spend my money otherwhere.

I was shopping on the weekend for a piece of jewellery as a gift for a family member. I went over to a member of staff and asked for help, they were very reluctant to help me and rude in the way they talked to me. This really put me off from shopping there.
