M&S Outlet

A well set out store in the Designer Outlet at York; it’s all on one level with good access and plenty of space between the rails and aisles for wheelchair users or pushchairs. Although I didn’t buy anything on my most recent visit I have made some excellent purchases in the past, saving a considerable amount of money because of the discounted prices. On my most recent visit (April 2024) there was lots of summer wear including lots of linen trousers etc If you are prepared to spend a little time exploring the rails you will find that there are some great bargains to be had.

This outlet is clean and tidy. It is well stocked with clothing and there are many bargains to be had. As many items are end of lines, popular sizes have limited availability. The layout of the store allows sufficient space to walk around and therefore is wheelchair friendly. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great service from the staff in the men's department, limited number of sizes for the clothes I was looking for but luckily they had my size , looked great. Will go again.

Apart from member of staff in the dressing rooms who was amazing, there were no staff anywhere to help. This store is so poorly managed, extremely busy and well stocked but no assistants. Come on M&S you are far better than this. Visited 24.4.2025.

Very helpful member of staff on the changing room. Asked another colleague to check if an item was available at another store sadly it wasn't. The effort was appreciated. Would have been five star review but we couldn't make a purchase.
