Excellent, friendly service. We have purchased the same paint for the last four years and unfortunately the bar code and details had been rubbed off the can this time but Lisa searched through the computer records and found our last order and mixed up what we required. why can't all companies be as friendly and helpful and have staff like Lisa
I went to Crown decorating yesterday, the young lady that served me, Isabella was very helpful and knowledgeable and she even gave me a Military discount. I fully recommend this shop if you need any paints or decorating products.

Received amazing customer service from Michelle on 16th August 2023, she was very friendly, professional and made me feel very relaxed and she even made me laugh because of her jokes, she talked me through the paint options and I'm pleased with the purchase I made in the end and also got a discount by signing up to an account, really pleased with the customer service and will be returning in the future when I need to paint any other rooms in my house, highly recommend this place with the quality service and products. The paint looks amazing in my kitchen and I'm really pleased with the results🥰
