Hi everyone, have been buying flowers from here for as long as I can remember. Debbie is so passionate about the flowers she sells. She is very polite, professional and such a loving caring person who will make sure the flowers that you are after will be perfect. Thank you Debbie for another beautiful flower arrangement. Will be back again soon for my next bunch. I can highly recommend this florist. First class service, friendly and knowledgeable. 5 stars from me. 👍

Had an amazing bouquet arranged to celebrate our new granfson perfectly matched flowers to not only suit our requirements but also.considering the time of year fresh and long lasting . We also had a fabulous christmas door wreath organised too . Nothing was too much trouble and will most definatly use and recommend again . Thankyou !😊

Quite possibly the worst shopping experience , sat on her phone and didn’t help, all the flower colours were mismatched so couldn’t really put anything together but did put something together … myself ! Lady Was making the prices up for each stem so definitely feel I was over charged. Won’t be going here ever again

Debbie is a fantastic florist, my flowers not only looked beautiful but lasted. These were a surprise from my husband, Debbie asked him what flowers I liked and whether I wanted formal or informal and what colours were my favourite. She got it spot on. A lovely and very unexpected treat.

Absolutely avoid this florist. They are happy to take orders from Direct2florist but the flowers my parents received on my behalf bore absolutely no resemblance to the ones depicted on their own and Direct2florist's website. Instead of being an arrangement in a jute bag, they were just loose in a water filled bag in a cardboard box. On emailing my complaint directly to the florist and chasing them with a web request and phonecalls. we eventually spoke. I explained, as in my email, that I was aware they were able to use artistic license in view of the time of year and availability of flowers but that I was very disappointed with the overall arrangement. The florist was rude and dismissive, saying I was the only one who had complained and that she was within her rights to substitute whatever she liked(!). No offer to rectify the situation was made and I ended the call. I will attach some photographs of the arrangement I ordered and the flowers received. This is my honest review of the service and flowers received but you can make up your own mind when you see the photographs.
