6 star! The most beautiful bouquet hand delivered right on time for a dear friends birthday - put her to tears. I reached out to Ello very last minute (after hours through a facebook message) and was so pleasantly surpised with the response. Sent out bright and early the next day. Stunning bouquet at a reasonable cost. Thank you Ello!

Brilliant service, I wanted to order a bunch of "cheer up" flowers for the one I love. The lady who answered my call and took my order was very helpful and agreed to deliver the flowers that afternoon, which was perfect. I was really impressed with the starter bunch which; with delivery only cost £20 and they were much better than I have had from places like Next etc. Fantastic experience all round and my wife was indeed cheered up, but unfortunately the other ladies in her office were a little sad........ through jealousy. Say a big 'Ello with flowers, go on chaps treat someone!

Janine has provided so many beautiful flowers for me over the years and today was no exception, having supplied 3 long-stemmed white Yorkshire roses for my Mum's cremation ceremony. Janine is lovely to deal with ... nothing is too much trouble and she's a wonderful and happy person and totally professional in supplying customers with flowers that mean so much for so many occasions
