BoConcept Monks Cross York

I had been looking for sofas and dining furniture for some time and looked in many stores and online. I hadn't found anything for my quirky 60's home until visiting the store in York. Luke was great, took time to show the range of styles and materials. It took 3 visits to order, but great service and advice, and I'm delighted with the furniture. Thanks Luke!

Helen was really professional and her design skills and product knowledge was second to none. She spent the time to understand our concept and suggested design cues that complimented our vision. I had such a great experience when I visited your York Store recently. I came with measurements of the room I was wanting to update and a rough idea of what I was looking for. When I returned a couple of days later the design that Helen had worked on was far better than I could have imagined. From there I spent a good couple of hours talking through various options with Helen & Stephen and they were beyond helpful! Such a relaxed environment, with no pressure to make quick decisions which is so refreshing! I can’t wait to receive my new furniture and see the idea come to life.

Excellent experience in store @ York Monks Cross. Helen (the interior designer) helped us find our sofa and dining table and the advice was spot on. Helen was super friendly, responsive and not at all pushy.
