Delighted with the service here. Got fitted for an ideal chair and super fast delivery. Bank holiday weekend intervening, but I expect delivery within one week. Amazing. Well satisfied. Highly recommended

Needed a decent chair for my bad back. Dawn at York branch, Clifton Moor, was extremely friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable about the products. Also let me sit in the chair I was interested in for an hour to get a feel for it, and provided coffee and biscuits! Very happy with my experience and my selected product.

Spent nearly 2 hours with Rebekah the customer advisor, she went to great lengths to ensure I got the correct chair for my condition ,not pushy and extremely knowledgeable, My wife and I felt valued ,HSL are very fortunate to have this kind person working for them.

Perfect just what we wanted for elderly inlaws. Had a visit from a riser recliner company at home. Chairs were very expensive pricing unclear and struggled to get in touch. Found HSL on the net took them to see the store. Amazing amount of help also with tea and biscuits. Staff have superb knowledge very patient. Genuinely care that the chairs being right for customer obviously take pride In doing right by people If Carlsberg did riser recliner chair stores this would be it!
