Kutchenhaus York

Excellent service and product from Kutchenhaus York. From the initial contact, design service and then installation we have had a great experience. Oliver at Kucthenhaus York did an amazing job helping us design the kitchen and kept us informed every step of the way. We love our new kitchen. Would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a quality kitchen.

Ongoing issues with kitchen. Items missed from delivery. Incorrect items sent. They advise of a fully project managed service however no one has been to the property once pre installation or post to check quality or resolve issues Would avoid with a barge pole.

Great service until payment is made (payment in full required at the beginning). Following payment ongoing issues with communication. What we ordered and have an itemised bill for was not delivered. They even changed elements of the order (worktops) without telling us and only found out when delivery occurred. We had choice of accepting it (no compensation offered) or waiting 6-8 weeks for replacement. The issues continue. I am not holding my breath for a quick resolution.

Just to say a big thank you to the Kutchenhaus, York team, we really appreciate all the time, support and guidance which we received. I’ve attached a few images of our fantastic Kutchenhaus kitchen. Also to note Stone Connection / Kutchenhaus who also delivered an excellent service in completing our perfect kitchen.

Much impressed with Kitchen Haus at York especially the manager Andy for spending the time to help us design our new kitchen. His experience showed as he steered us through the process resulting in a kitchen and appliances that will last the test of time. Glad we chose the York showroom as it has a good selection of styles and colours. Looking forward to having the kitchen installed. Would highly recommend.
