White Stores - Garden Furniture York

Went to the York store today. It's fantastic has everything you need The store manager Brad was brilliant ,very friendly and polite. Made us feel very welcome what a great experience all round. We will be back to purchase another pergola.

These clowns messed up my pergola order so after a 4 month wait the installation team (if you can call them that) decided not to complete the install. White Stores customer service, who are shockingly bad, tried to charge me again! It’s been a while since I’ve spent over £9k and had such a bad experience. Asked for my money back in the end as I lost all faith and trust in this company. My advice is to have a good look at other companies preferably local to you.
