Interesting shop and worth a look. A range of well made, quality products. Today I bought a very unique witch and I'm very pleased with her indeed. Pricing is what you would expect for York. That being said the customer service I received today was outstanding. Helpful, attentive and well mannered. A lovely shopping experience.

On the whole a decent place with a range of interesting gifts and collectibles, but Cello REALLY need to vet their product lines and stop AI-generated garbage like these highland cow pictures making it to sale. It's an insult to actual creatives knowing someone less able to spot this slop might buy it instead of something designed by a human being.

Very friendly staff, fantastic stuff for sale. Although on the expensive side we got a lot of things on sale 🙂

Disgusting staff members. My 8 year old daughter was trying to select a soft toy and the staff came over and rearranged the display while she was looking then started talking very rudely about her so we could all hear. She left the shop crying asking why they were so mean to her.
