We specialise in wedding and anniversary gifts, birthday gifts, Christenings and new baby gifts which have all been carefully selected for every occasion. You will always find something special in this charming and beautiful Aladdin's cave.

The other areas of our shop comprises of the jewellery and homeware departments, offering necklaces and bracelets from jewellery brands such as Tales From The Earth and sentimental keep sakes for every occasion, also: fragrance lamps from Ashleigh and Burwood, beautiful Willow Tree ornaments and Pots Of Dreams money pots. We also stock personal journals which are journals of a lifetime created by "from you to me" - a wonderful gift inviting someone special to capture fascinating facts and precious stories about themselves. We also stock products from the East of India company.

Saffrons is situated in one of York's most famous streets, at 22 Stonegate, York. Y01 8AS. Established in 2009 by Michael and Stephanie Gaskell, our bustling shop offers a supremely friendly and helpful approach to its customers and is proud to offer a treasure trove of delightful products across its two medieval floors. We wanted to create a shop that provides a selection of beautiful gifts as well as a wonderful experience with lots to see and browse. We believe very much in friendly customer service, and that the customer is very important to us.

There is so much to see in this delightful and enchanting gift shop that it cannot all be taken in at your first visit, and because people have come back to us time and time again from far and distant places, we thought we could only help by offering the services of the Internet.
