Sterling Souvenirs

They stole from me. I was overcharged and when I pointed it out, the woman behind the till just silently handed me a souvenir pen. I don’t want a pen, I want my money back?! She seemed very annoyed when I asked for actual money instead and very reluctantly handed me cash. I was so rattled by the experience, it was only afterwards I realised she still hadn’t given me all that was owed. Loads of other shops sell the same things. I’ll never go here again.

No wonder why he wont let us see sizes. Brought 4 pairs of York T-shirts but one shirt has problem left sleeves is small than the right sleeves. One shirt has paint on it.

I love this store so much that it contains all the accessories and clothes you need. He has respectable workers and they provide me with everything I need and help me. I hope you will visit the store, it is wonderful, and I want to thank the employee, iveta, for doing a great and respectful job.

I chose 3 fridge magnets from the "3 for £5" display. Tried to charge me £7.99 at the till. I told them they were wrong, and showed the staff member where I got them from. He told me the price sign was incorrect, and there was a sign missing blah blah blah. Said, ok then I wont bother. Walked out to him shouting, you can have them for £5. No thanks. You tried to pull a fast one. I wasnt even bothered about the extra couple of quid, but I do not like to be ripped off.
