The man in the shop was super nice bless him. Got a too good to go bag with sweets, he seen there was two of us and he gave us an extra one so we had a bag each. The bags were full to the top with sweets, well worth the £4. Super nice man

Great, I got the last York snow globe! But I don’t understand why they are selling London merchandise—I just don’t get it. I wanted something from York because I am visiting York lol.

Popped into this shop purely to browse, I sparked up a friendly conversation with the guy behind the till who helped me pick out some products from the shelves behind him as I decided, whilst I was there I may as well support my local businesses. I was shocked to find the attitude of the man who served me quickly changed once he had taken payment for my items. The man didn't ask my for ID until my card was touching the machine and I was paying for the items, and was then given a 2 minute lecture and was told I wasn't allowed to leave the shop until he was done. I work in a shop myself so I wouldn't have had an issue with being turned away and refused due to no identification but instead he decided to completely embarrass me even though I had just paid him a good amount of money and had been nothing but respectful and friendly. I had planned to visit again but will be taking my business elsewhere to a more customer friendly shop :)

On entering the assistant was on his phone and coughing without covering his mouth. We went to leave and he then coughed up phlegm into his hand and threw it at the side of himself. So disgusting

Good souvenirs. York souvenirs and London. Amazing PLATINUM JUBILEE PRODUCTS. Union jack jack flags and products. Nice solar pals as well. Would definitely visit again.
