The team that do grocery picking for deliveries are absolutely useless. 2 orders recently that have been absolutely rubbish. One order had 9 out of 12 items incorrect where they had just packed something similar without checking what they were doing (these were mistakes not substitutes). Second order 1 of 10 items delivered due to "no stock" despite their website showing the items in stock when ordered, and still showing as in stock on the day of delivery. Decided to go to the store and look for myself and the items are in stock and sitting on the shelf. Of course there's some complete jobsworths wondering around with headphones in packing someone else's groceries not paying attention at all. Wouldn't use again.

I know I’ve wrote five complaints already, but this place should be zero Stars. The rice is undercooked At the salad bar, I got chicken popper bites there was only 15 in the thing where’s my other five? The Doritos don’t have much flavour, I got a Mars bar drink it says no added sugar there’s so much sugar in the pour drink. And The pork sausage roll taste absolutely disgusting . I got a Yazoo chocolate milk drink it’s 1 L i’ve been buying the shake ones that were more expensive. No one told me, and I bought a mince pie, it says we love cake since when was a mince pie cake. I really hope Morrison sees this review and replies to me.

Only ever came here for the hot food counter. They’ve changed it now and the hot food counter has gone. what a shame but will no longer be coming here.

Great supermarket as it’s close to where I live and the fish counter offers very fresh fish. Has all we need for a weeks shop.
