The Team were quick to help when Royal Mail delivered me an empty box wrapped in a ‘damaged goods’ bag. They took responsibly and even dropped the items off in person as an extra precaution. I am thrilled with the personalised notebooks, it’s my second purchase from Avorium and will be many more in the future I’m sure. Top quality and a beautiful range of colours.

I visited the Avorium pop us store in John Lewis, Leeds. The customer service was excellent. The member of staff really took the time to make sure I was happy with everything and rectified a mistake on my part for which I was very grateful! Personalisation was quick and the gifts are beautiful.

We met Avorium through a wedding fair and hired them for all the stationary for our wedding (Save the Dates, invites, place cards, boards and menus). Olivia and Tom are fantastic, really lovely people. The design talk was great, we really felt our ideas were listened. There were no issues with the Save the Dates or the on the day stationary. However I do have to unfortunately raise the issues with the invites around Christmas. Likely because of the busy time we had to chase repeatedly and had to go to York twice very close to Christmas (which was chaos), once to pick invites and once to pick up one of the inserts which was forgotten to be included (I should have checked at the shop to be fair). However all items were stunning, fit our themes perfectly, were really well made and we had so many compliments. Despite everything around the invites I would still really recommend Avorium just for their friendliness, their designs and their quality. Thank you!
