Great food and drink. No wait for a table, food came reasonable quick and was lovely. Can recommend the pizzas, spaghetti Bolognese. But they are very big portions so make sure you are hungry. (We took pizza away as too much for us to eat in one sitting). Reasonable prices.

Went is specifically to purchase a few items for Halloween. Could not see what I wanted in among the Halloween products. However, what I wanted to purchase was available for click & collect at the same store. Couldn't find anyone to help me, so resigned myself to ordering via click & collect. I then went over to the section where card making craft items were to then see the Halloween items I wanted to buy (items being nothing whatsoever to do with card making!). Picked the 2 items I went in for originally, got to checkout, explained the situation only to be told I would have to buy AGAIN then request a refund which will take 3-5 working days to process!! Absolutely ridiculous. Electronic banking is instantaneous!! Guess hobbycraft lost a customer 😡

Got my letters and card for a poster. Always good. Nice staff. Has most things you could want.

Whatever craft project you have in mind, you can probably find the perfect item in this store. The building is multi storey with crafts ranging from bridal, to children's all the way to seasonal offerings. It's easy to get lost in so much selection but staff are friendly and helpful.

Went into the store to buy an item with a gift card we’d been given, ( not a specific Hobbycraft one..) only to find that we were unable to use it without resorting to going back home and messing about on a laptop. Mirren ( and please let her know about this review..) was amazing! She was able to do it all on my phone for me, totally went the extra mile to assist us ( we’re not tech-savvy) and enabled us to buy the item! She deserves a medal for the help she gave us , and she’s a brilliant ambassador for the store.
