Excellent customer service from store manager & team. I lost my car keys in store when shopping. Store manager & team helped me find them - even though they were closing! Thank you so much. This Monks Cross store really does have fantastic customer service. Not forgetting the fantastic Homeware too!! Thanks guys xx
Just had me waiting ages at till, attitude of till assistant was awful no sorry or engagement, then waited for them to give me a price of a different item, nothing like mine, which was 5.00 cheaper in another branch, the attitude of both, it's as though they were put out for doing their job, definitely give this place a miss...
helpful and polite staff, very organised, and beautiful range of high quality homeware with great discounts! my favourite home sense by far.
Just bought 2 items. Not a single word from the staff member at the till! Not even the cost at the end!
