Went in to johnstones at clifton Moor last week, the older gentleman that served me was very polite and helpful and gave me lots of advice and help on the products that I was needing. He was very informative and even carried everything out to my car for me. I will not hesitate to use them in the future when needing some paint.

Went in this morning to see if they carried coving. Fella came out from the back and started laughing, telling me they come in over 3 meter length, they don't deliver and I'll never get them home. I felt so embarrassed, definitely not a place for me. I thanked him and began to leave. He then started saying, oh you could cut first... Too late. Went to another shop. The fella there looked at my plans, cut in 2m length and enough to fit the alcoves. I purchased all the coving, adhesive, paint, liner, paste, papering table and more. Spent over £300 this place missed out on. Hope you had a good laugh 😂
