After telephoning for information I visited Haxby branch. Looked at products and discussed with member of staff who was going to arrange product to view at store later. They never got in touch with us to let us know where they could get item. Very disappointing.

Very happy with the service at the Haxby store. Helpful and friendly staff. Carpet is lovely and fitted beautifully by Adrian. Very pleased with everything, would recommend.

Brilliant firm, excellent service. Carpet chosen, ordered and paid for Friday afternoon, fitted Wednesday morning by the legendary Derick Mollan. Couldn't be better. A pleasure to do business with.

Great local shop in Haxby and a genuine local family business who really give exceptional customer service. Our carpet was very competitively priced and when an issue arose they went above and beyond my expectations. I will be visiting them first for all future carpets and flooring that we need.

Excellent professional and yet personalised service from the Haxby branch of Pocklington Carpets despite the challenging circumstances during the lockdown period! They replied rapidly to my questions about the quality, suitability for different areas and availability of the carpets I had chosen.
