From the minute I walked into the store I knew I was going to get excellence service. I was looking for an eternity ring for my Ruby Wedding Anniversary. I had seen the one I liked in the window. Karen greeted us and was very friendly. She got the ring out of the window for me to try on. I explained I didn't live in York and was only looking for ideas. This was no problem for her, she said it wasn't an issue and that if I did decide to buy it they could get it altered and then post it to me. I said I wanted to think about and would come back. Again not an issue. I went back later bought the ring. The ring was posted to me this week after being altered. I am delighted with it. I would definitely recommend Bradley's Jewelers.

Had a lovely time picking out an eternity ring for my big birthday...the picture doesn't do it justice and it's been ordered in platinum and diamonds with personalised engraving with a short wait time. Zelda was so helpful both in the run up to the appointment and today when we visited the shop. She had listened carefully to the ask, so when we came to the shop she shared a selection of rings she had identified which were all gorgeous and within our budget. Zelda was knowledgeable, friendly and not at all pushy. She was patient and we enjoyed the whole experience and came away very happy. Highly recommend the experience and thank you to Zelda!

Kay helped my (now) husband find and design the most perfect engagement ring, and we later returned for our wedding rings with the support of the amazing team. Having recently got engaged, I knew exactly where I'd purchase an engagement ring of quality and beauty. I drove from West Yorkshire to Bradley's on Low Petergate, York and I'd highly recommend this jeweller to anyone. Upon entering the shop Kay and her wonderful team were most attentive. The rings shown were beautiful and of exceptional quality. Kay and her team listened to what my fiance was looking for and nothing was too much trouble, needless to say she soon found the ring for her.
