Just bought 2 watches from Chapelle jewellery and my son saw a beautiful Tommy Hilfiger watch on the website and they only had 1 in stock and kindly reserved it until we popped over the following day, whilst there I treat myself to an Armani watch which was very stylish and attractive and both watches were extremely good value for money, I would also like to give special mentions to the two lovely ladies in the store, Leanne and Alice, both very enthusiastic and dedicated to there profession, I wouldn't hesitate whatsoever in purchasing from here again, great store indeed.

Super friendly staff! I went in for a ring, and the lady we saw was very helpful, unfortunately, they didn't have the ring I liked in my size, but they are speaking to the manufacturer for me. However, whilst we were there, my daughter saw a Minnie Mouse necklace she liked. My husband and I agreed she could get it, so she went to the counter herself to ask her it. The lady took the necklace down to show her to check she liked it and popped it in it's box. This was the first piece of 'proper' jewellery she'd bought, and the staff were just fantastic with her - they made it a very memorable occasion! Thank you!

Went to look at a ring I'd seen online but was bigger than i anticipated but the service was brilliant she even offered to order me a ring into the shop and gave me details of the ring Incase I wanted to order online later unfortunately i didn't end up purchasing here but would highly recommend 👍

Called in today to have a watch strap fitted and to my amazement was told no charge involved. If only other shops were as honest and kind and willing to help like the young lady who I dealt with was the world would be a much better place. I would like to thank them again and will certainly pay them a visit in the near future. One Happy customer.

I needed two watch's batteries replacing, and a watch strap replacement. Both times, visiting to request this doing, and collecting the watches, I was impressed by the staff's premier customer courtesy, help and advice. Well done ladies. As the watch strap I had requested was a special type of leather, the assistant later rang me to confirm I was still happy to continue with my order, which I was. All I can say is, excellent service and excellent and courteous customer care. My son spotted a watch in their window, and if he is still interested, I look forward to paying another visit to purchase this for his birthday. Thank you Chapelle. 2nd visit to Chapelle to have links taken out of a watch I'd purchased from Chapelle for my son's birthday. We called by 22/10, and although the Designer Outlet was very busy we didn't have long to wait to be seen by the very helpful assistants. Again the service was excellent and the adjustment was done while we waited. It took a few tries to get the correct fitting, but again all done with great customer courtesy and graciousness. Again thank you to Chapelle. Highly recommend.
