Me and my partner had the most wonderful customer service from Yvonne. Firstly we purchased my partner’s ring. We then made a couple of further trips to try on other rings for myself. Yvonne was calm and patient as I struggled to decide what I liked, she continued to explore options until the perfect ring was found, there was no pressure to purchase the one I liked straight away and we returned a week later (on a day we knew she was working). Yvonne really helped this magical moment. We would definitely recommend Ernest Jones due to our experiences.

Extremely professional and non pushy environment (which we prefer), Jacob was very patient and helpful whilst we decided on our Weddings Bands, he showed us numerous of examples to pick from to help us finalise our purchase. The Manager was also helpful and made us feel at ease. Overall experience was definitely the best we've experienced whilst trying to decide on our bands. Looking forward to the collection date.
