Me and my friends came in today and my friends were looking at stuff to buy and I tried on a ring and went to show my friends, then put the ring back. The woman that worked there then accused me of stealing it and made me show her where I put it in front of everyone (even though she saw where i put it) and was very rude. My friends put all their stuff they were going to buy back and we walked out
Absolutely brilliant service today who treated my granddaughter with kindness and respect when having her second ear priecing and was terrified of needles. I was over the moon with their patience and consideration.
Harriet was so nice. We came in for a piercing and she was lovely, great conversation and great service.
