Unbelievably helpful team. Every member of staff was friendly and attentive. We were blown away with how good they were, they went over, above and beyond my expectations. I'm sure after today's experience it won't be long until we visit again.

I purchased some bags from a Michael Kors outlet whilst I was in York 3 years ago and at the start of this year noticed one of the bags had an upside down pocket. I contacted them, worried I bought a fake bag and they assured me it was genuine just with manufacturing issues. Was told I’m not entitled to a refund or replacement due to myself not noticing this issue within 30 days. Being an avid bag collector (everyone has their obsessions, mine are just bags) I don’t use the bag all that much and didn’t notice until this year. I have confirmed with the support team that I’m not entitled to a replacement/refund due to a manufacturing issue that they never picked up on and released for consumers to buy. Not a happy customer and this won’t affect the brand but if they do this type of thing to everyone then they’ll have no returning customers. Photos of the bag were sent and the receipt of purchase to the support team.

I have just had the best experience and outstanding service from Jill, yet again. Her eye for detail, style, helpfulness and kindness is second to none, and she encouraged me to try on things that I didn't think would suit me and I looked a millions dollars in. I will be back time and time again. She is brilliant and deserves a promotion!

This Outlet is on the exact site of the old Fulford Maternity Hospital, York where Andrew Revill was born. He surprise me with all my shopping...he said "Happy Anniversary darling, it's all treat for being lovely" ! Wow...#I feel so happy and loved 💗💗💗 Thank you darling xxxx

I had an amazing shopping experience at the York out let store. A fabulous assistant named Jill helped me pick out some great dresses. I had a clasp belt that broke soon after purchase. I contacted the store ,Brooke and Diego(manager) delt with the fault and a replacement was found immediately I cannot fault the service. I will be returning to the store as I highly recommend the staff and shopping experience
