Nomination Italy

We visited the store during October half term. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and assisted my 17 year old daughter to choose a bracelet and showed her the different charms available. The customer service was great! We sadly don’t live near and wanted to buy more charms so ordered these on line via this store and everything was packed well and sent very quickly. Thank you! 🤩

Went in today to buy 2 bracelets and wasn't sure what I wanted. Your assistant Charlie was very helpful and patient in showing me lots of options available. Big Thank you and I was really impressed with the customer service given to me.

Went to the York store to buy a bracelet. I was met with nothing but judgmental girls working there, who were very rude and passive-aggressive. They made the process difficult and seemed like they did not want to help or properly do their jobs. As someone who always loved nomination jewellery, I don't recommend this store to anyone purely due to the rude attitude of the staff working there.

I can not praise the staff in the york store. I've been trying to get my ring fix by other nomination shops with no joy. They went above and beyond. All the team were really helpful and pleasant

I went to the store with my partner hoping to browse was greeted so I asked a question and the sales assistant placed a few trays in front of me totally disinterested and barely said another word to me obviously because she didn’t think I was going to spend. She didn’t even smile and kept looking to her colleague. I was shocked considering it’s a busy tourist hot spot. I felt uncomfortable so I left. Won’t visit this location again.
