Palenque Jewellery

Visited this lovely store and was served by the genuine, not curated, very informed staff member Rachel. Bought a small cache of zoo animals and their jewellery is top notch. Want to thank Rachel and her colleague for their time, excellent service and casual chat that started at 5 Guys and crossed the 7 seas.

I called in today to ask for a repair or replacement for a bracelet. The assistant said that the bracelet was robust and would not have exhibited the damage without trauma. My granddaughter is as honest as they come and would have told me before I went to York. The offer I was given was 10% off a new bracelet as they did not give credence to my explanation . I will not be shopping at Palenque again.

Delighted to come across Palenque in York today. I used to be a regular customer at the Chester branch before it moved away. Their jewellery is just as lovely as it ever was & the staff just as proud of their product as ever. Good to know you're on line too!
