I recently visited the York Pandora store and had the absolute pleasure of being helped by Grace. I cannot recommend her highly enough! She is, quite simply, a gem. From the moment I walked in, Grace's welcoming smile and genuine enthusiasm made my shopping experience fantastic. She didn't just point me to a case; she took the time to listen to what I was looking for, asking thoughtful questions about the occasion and my partners personal style.

A joke of an experience here for my daughter who bought their tat in good faith then was treated extremely poorly when trying to return an item. Apparently this stuff is luxury, but for Goodness sake don’t even look at your ring funny or it’s gonna discolour. Management are aggressive and unhelpful.

I was given a lovely gift set for mothers day and had a slight issue with the ring where the stone came away. I took it back to store and there was a lovely lady called Laura who helped swap it over for me. She was really attentive and made sure that what I got was right and what I wanted as I'd also ordered the wrong size by mistake. What a lovely member of staff. Working in retail I know how hard it can be at times and you can tell that she really loves her job. Well done Laura and Pandora York. 🥰🥰
