Needed a present for my silver wedding anniversary at short notice (the day before!) and found a silver paper knife on Amazon which was unfortunately on a 4-5 day delivery. I called through to the supplier Braithwaite Jewellers directly and they were happy to offer a next day delivery for free. The item arrived beautifully wrapped and the item itself was stunning with a mother of pearl handle and solid weight to it. Thanks Dianne for your fantastic service and product.

Braithwaites resized a sterling silver ring for me. I am impressed by the quality and speed of the work, collection and drop off service (I am York based), communication, and the reasonable price.
