Great service and well deserved review. I noticed as we passed the shop that they did same day repairs so ventured in. After a recent purchase of a new locket I couldn’t part with the old one for sentimental reasons and thought I would try to it have fixed up as a spare. It was dented and very dull. It came up like new. I was taken aback at what a good job they did . A big thank you to the guy with the red hair sorry I didn’t get your name. It meant a lot to me and it was a really reasonable price. Highly recommend this little gem of a Jewellers for their personal service

We stumbled upon Shambles Jewelers while visiting York and found the perfect 25th anniversary ring! They sized it on-site in just a few hours so I could wear it the same day. The staff were lovely, the service was exceptional, and the price was great. A beautiful ring and a wonderful memory!

Cannot recommend this little family-run jewelers enough! Choosing an engagement ring for my now Fiancée went from a daunting task to a thoroughly enjoyable one. They were able to help me design a ring from scratch and nothing seemed like too much trouble. The team were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process and made me the most beautiful ring. Unlike other jewelers I'd been to, there was no hard selling from the staff just friendly advice without the added fuss. An especially big thank you to Joe, who was always available to point me in the right direction and answer any questions with honesty.

I unfortunately had to have a much loved ring unceremoniously removed with pliers from my finger last week. My partner & I were worried that the ring couldn't be saved, but the guys here were not just able to repair it, but completely renovate the piece too. We are both so delighted with the end result. We would thoroughly recommend Shambles jewellers to anybody who needs to salvage a precious piece of jewellery.

Got our engagement ring from here. Can't fault the place. Got the ring we really wanted. They made in the time they said they would. Also for the same ring it was £800 cheaper here than another jewler in York!
