There timings are a big lie. I’ve just stood outside for 10 minutes and been told by staff they open at 7
There never seems to be a huge number of staff on duty but they are always quick to help, and polite and professional even when they are clearly very busy. Today Lilly went out of her way to find something in the store room for my daughter - it’s her birthday weekend and she hasn’t stopped smiling since! Give Lilly a pay rise, she is a credit to Tesco!,,
They often close before the time they list (at seemingly random), better to just go to the nearby sainsburry's.
The staff do not like serving people. Every single time they make you wait 5-10 minutes. You have to walk round the shop and ask them to serve you. Without doubt the worst customer service I've experienced in any shop ever
Lucas gave us some knowledgeable advice on the layout of his store. When we were lost, he guided us. It's true maple syrup can be found in certain places - he helped us find the purest form. Great service and friendly petson
