Has some good stuff. Great for when I need to buy some emergency food supplies when it's late.
I went in this store yesterday when I left work and needed 2 items. I asked a member of staff where they was to save me walking far because I struggle to walk and use a walking stick. The young girl that help me was amazing. She went to the shelf and got me both items to help me. I never got her name but she is a credit to your store. I was in store at about 3.40pm incase you can identify the person that helped me and give her credit
SCAMMING ALERT. not the first time in this particular shop hv been using the cashier and nobody remind you for clubcard so you missed yr discount and when you ask if you can use the card they just said SORRY TOO LATE. NOT OFFFERED receipt so no refund too. USE THE SELF TILL INSTEAD PEOPLE. DO NOT SHOP HERE sainsburys is just a few steps away!!
Was not asked if I had a club card by the young lad behind the till or given chance to present it by the time he had totalled up my purchase. When I did show my clubcard I was informed that he had already put it through. When I explained that he was going to need to refund and put it back through I was met with a tut, sigh and a slam of the till followed by a call for a manager and the server proceeding to look at his phone. There are three problems here. Firstly Clubcard prices causing these issues (I wouldn't have caused a problem for a few points) . I was then annoyed by the staff rudeness (sorry I inconvenienced you). Thirdly, to the young lad in question. Get a haircut.
