Never had any issues with Mark or any of his staff. They have been polite and accommodating in every way, Special orders not a problem. When my brother has had feeding issues with his snakes Mark has taken them in and got them feeding again. Happy to recommend this business and very grateful for their advice and help over many years.

Great! Pet Shop and Owner who I've bought Goldfish from before. The small Fish are very tame and exploring their new home in the Pond. Would like to see some Koi Fish stocked in future.

Walked for half an hour to get there after seeing the Google maps profile which said a wide variety of fish ,to purchase some for the grandchildren, the sign outside repeated this claim , on entering we found there were a total stock of TWO fish ,with a not for sale sign on the tank. The staff member suggested we went another two miles to a garden centre that actually does not sell such stock ! Do not believe anything this store owner says !

We placed an order for a ball thrower for our dog as the price seemed a real bargain. Sadly when something seems too good to be true, it usually is, and this was no exception. We waited and waited but nothing arrived. We tried emailing several addresses linked to the store with no reply. We tried calling with no answer. Eventually we had to request a charge back from our bank, which was successful. Disappointed that no one could be bothered replying to us and after some due diligence on our part, everything screams red flag! 🚩 Suspiciously low prices. Zero communication. No shipping details. Website registered only a few months ago. I would avoid ordering online.

The main lady in the shop is lovely, however we went in to look at/purchase fish and plants on 3 separate and found absolutely nothing for sale...not 1 fish plant. The reptile enclosures were empty which was disappointing. Bought 2 lots of worms for our axolotls and in each box they were dead and absolutely stank! Complete waste of money and time. Such a shame as I would love to support local business but unfortunately will not be going backbir recommending to others unless standards improve.
