Fully Scaled

I've only been in this store twice but will definitely return. it has an amazing array of difderent species and a great stock of items. Scott the owner is a great guy, within 10 minutes of been in the store it was like I'd known him years and had some great banter with him. I saw a snake I liked and messaged a few days later to see if she was still available, his response was quick and i made the 80 mile round trip to collect her the next day, despite only meeting once before he recognised me straight away and i was made to feel like an old friend and ended up staying ages just chatting ( for me great customer service like that goes a LONG way ) I can't recommend Scott and fully scaled highly enough 👍👌👏 absolutely in love with my little pied PIPER

So helpful and accommodating even when super busy. Scott took the time out of dealing with about 500 customers simultaneously to give my son a 1-on-1 experience. Your passion shines through pal; you’re a great host and your shop is great. Highly recommended; support local businesses

I very randomly popped in yesterday. They were very friendly happy to give you advice and their time. Animals looked so well cared for. I am not at all local but would go out of my way to visit again especially when I am ready to buy my next snake.

I visited fully scaled yesterday with my family and purchased 2 micro squirrels, along with the entire set up after spending at least an hour chatting with Scott and making sure we’d made the right decision. Scott was happy to answer every single question that we had, and was the first pet shop owner I’ve met in a long time that cares more for his animals than the money they can make him. Lil guys are settling in nicely and we couldn’t be happier! Thank you again for all of your help Scott. 100% recommend.:)
