I ordered a 2 tier cave for my Axolotl set up and its absolutely amazing, there is no sharp edges, all the pieces are held together really well so its structure is strong and it came packaged really well. I contacted Paul about getting some slate tiles for the base of our axolotl tank (and I ordered a slate axolotl cave). He took the time to draw out the sizes for the base and triple check everything tallied my end with the size of my tank. His comms were great and he kept me updated at each stage. The items were well packaged and arrived safely and they look amazing in the tank! Really happy with both the products and Paul’s service and I’d definitely buy from him again.
